This kit was built in collaboration with Outdoor Research Ambassador Graham Zimmerman, whose fast-and-light philosophy has rewarded him with a Piolet d’Or – the alpine climbing equivalent of an Olympic gold medal. Graham’s design ethos is all about balance, and the Archangel Kit reflects this with its balance of protection and agility in a hybrid-mapped construction.

The all-over construction of the Archangel Bib uses GORE-TEX Pro 3L, providing gold standard protection from the elements, and making a piece of equipment that fully seals out any storm. This is complemented by stretch panels on the knees, lower back, and crotch gusset, along with ankle cuffs that adjust in size for mountaineering and ski touring boots. These details allow quicker movements, ensuring speed and precision.
